3D virtual simulation for external beam radiation therapy
ProSoma provides tools to support clinicians’ decision making through the use of enhanced visualization of the patient data set and treatment parameters.
3D visualization displays provide an excellent overview of the patient’s anatomy. In addition, the relation between treatment beams and tumor can be investigated in detail using ProSoma’s navigation tools.

3D simulation software, using CT, MR and PET images on which you can virtually simulate any technique for any make or model of treatment machine and MLC.

As a system independent of scanner, TPS, EPID, R&V, ProSoma is the most inter-connectable radiotherapy device on the market today. It is regularly the link between all the many and varied systems typically present in a radiotherapy department. From block cutters to PACS, from 2D SIM images to PET scans, to 3D dose review and IGRT verification of the future, ProSoma is a proven communicator.

  • Palliative Simulation
    Show simulation of patient with bony metastases

  • Contour in 3D
    Axial, sagittal and coronal images can be fully utilized for contouring. A single contour on one axial, sagittal and coronal slice will rapidly produce a 3D volume structure on all axial slices.

  • Compare EPIs with DRRs
    Import portal images from EPID and fuse them with DRRs for treatment.

  • Compare SIM images with DRRs
    Import digital SIM images from 2D SIM and fuse them with planning DRRs for planning verification.

  • Review DOSE on fused images
    Import RT Dose file from TPS and visualise dose in fused and blended images using user-selectable dose levels.

  • IGRT image verification
    Fuse verification CTs from LINACs or CTSim with planning CTs, then overlay GTV-CTV-PTV for treatment verification and evaluation.
    Fuse verification CTs with planning CTs, then overlay DOSE + structures for full evaluation.


  • 3D Image Fusion
    From manual to fully automatic, unique IGRT registration, 5 modes of image registration for all clinical scenarios, multiple scans can be loaded and fused data saved for future evaluation, CT:CT; CT:MR; CT:PET.

  • Connectivity with other systems
    ProSoma allows the communication with any Dicom RT, TPS and R&V via DICOM Network.
