Technical Characteristics
Here you can find the Requirements and Technical Characteristics of InViVo-ScanNT. Upon request we purchase and assemble the required Hardware components. Our service includes complete introduction and training of two people and support of all InViVo-ScanNT products.

Hardware Requirements:
  • CPU: Pentium PII 266 or higher, single or double processor
  • 128 MB RAM
  • Operating System: Windows NT
  • 640 MB magneto-optical disc for external archiving (optional)
  • Complete HW package available upon request
Common Parts:
  • Software InViVo ScanNT 3.2 - English User Interface
  • PCI frame grabber, video formats supported: Composite (NTSC/PAL, RS-170/CCIR) or S-VHS, grey scale and colour
  • PC-Bird internal electromagnetic 6DOF tracking system. Consisting of ISA Card, Receiver and Transmitter
  • Foot switch
  • User & Installation Manuals
Technical Characteristics:
  • Number of acquired single frames: typically 200 - 300 (user definable) or more, depending on the available memory
  • Acquisition frame rate: 25 (PAL) or 30 (NTSC) images per second
  • Average pre-processing time after acquisition: ca. 10 - 20 sec.
  • 3D image reconstruction and display
  • 3D rendering speed: ca. 0.5 - 1 second per image for full quality images, real time during navigation
  • Complete HW package and additional options (memory, periphery, printers, additional trackers for more transducers etc.) available upon request
